“rooms clean, good location, good price quality ratio but if one single thing can be changed and creat a big impact is your coffee!!! your coffee is really one of the worst coffee of all hotels i stayed ever. if you change that you will get much much better customer retention.”

“Im not sure where the pictures came from but this place was gross. The smell is the first thing youll notice. Filth covered by chemical stench. Cigarettes burns on comforter is a nice touch. I showed up at the office was closed at 9:30..Its was dark..I had to ring a bell outside to get someone. I was coming through after driving all day and that was annoying. Got to my room to find the pit of stench. Slept in a sleeping bag on the nasty bed. It looks nice from outside though. ”

“This home was a perfect fit for our family who traveled from different areas across the State to be together for an early Easter celebration. The home was spacious, clean, and conveniently located near shopping and family friendly activities. The host made check in and check out super easy. Bonus was we were able to bring our pet. I highly recommend staying here! ”

“Everything was lovely. Quiet and peaceful. Central location to everything you could possibly need. We did miss our king beds most. But the queen beds were very very comfortable. Gabby was always available to answer any questions. ”

“We checked in and went straight to racetrack before going into room,when we finally made it back the window was all the way open with no screen,toilet was very dirty along with floor,also found homemade drug pipe hidden between bed and nightstand,when we checked out and told them about it and mentioned partial refund all i got was sorry,def not staying again”

“One night stay before we drove to rapid city, it was pretty clean. Front desk staff was great, room was clean. Bathroom was fine, but the exhaust vent was covered in dust and dirt. For the price it was a good choice.”

“Great location in the downtown bismarck area.However, the hotel can definitely use some updating. Rooms were a bit worn out, slight mold around the bathtub caulking, in the bathrooms as well.”

“Was not as stated on site. No restaurant available on site. No pool open on site. Lobby smelled musty and felt overall shabby. While starting to check in, half dressed customer came to front desk complaining of water and TV issues in his room. Rather than stay here, We took a loss on our money and found another place to stay.”
